Zeno brings a multi dimensional approach to his work that absolutely removed a major block for me in one session. It’s amazing how much I had long forgotten, yet could comfortably heal without trauma or excessive time and energy. Zeno reaches deep, sets you right, and gives you tools to use, all with loving intention and professional expertise. I was a little sceptical about hypnosis because all I've seen on TV are "stupid human tricks" after someone is stage hypnotized. However, this was nothing like that at all! Zeno was great at explaining what to expect and more than putting you under with no clue as to what's going, he was a guide helping me with coping skills and reworking the way I look at situations in my life that can cause stress, anger, or heartache. Did a group therapy session recently with Zeno. I appreciated how he asked everyone what they were hoping to get out of the session and he seemed to really care about providing what folks were asking for.

The exercise we did visualizing slicing and tasting a lemon actually had me salivating!

Zeno is a master at what he does, in only one session he helped me overcome a creative blockage I had for years with my drumming, after I went in to hipnosis with Zeno to perfect linear drumfills, I was able to flow and I began to play linear drumfills like never before, with just one session I grew more than ever, I can’t wait for the tenth session!
