It’s amazing how much I had long forgotten, yet could comfortably heal without trauma or excessive time and energy. D.J. HovisOctober 5, 2023I was a little sceptical about hypnosis because all I've seen on TV are "stupid human tricks" after someone is stage hypnotized. However, this was nothing like that at all! Zeno was great at explaining what to expect and more than putting you under with no clue as to what's going, he was a guide helping me with coping skills and reworking the way I look at situations in my life that can cause stress, anger, or heartache. I truly enjoyed my 1st session with Zeno and am excited to see what breakthroughs we can make during my upcoming 2nd visit. I highly recommend seeing Zeno!

I appreciated how he asked everyone what they were hoping to get out of the session and he seemed to really care about providing what folks were asking for. The exercise we did visualizing slicing and tasting a lemon actually had me salivating! Hypnotherapy is a real tool for wellness and having a well-trained practitioner in Chesterton is exciting!
